Product Introduction

High-precision monofilament technical fabric woven from premium polyester yarns — the definitive mesh for razor-sharp print definition, uniform ink deposit and flawless registration in textile, graphics, ceramics and electronics printing. Strict heat-setting and tension stabilization deliver high tensile strength with ultra-low elongation and virtually zero structural relaxation over time.

Thread counts from 10T to 165T (25–420 mesh/inch) in white for fast exposure and yellow for halation-free fine detail; plain weave for standard accuracy, twill for high-density ink deposition. Treated surface for strong emulsion adhesion — fewer pinholes, longer stencil life per frame.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on ink and detail: coarse counts (24T–43T) for heavy plastisol and specialty inks; mid-range (55T–77T) for general garment work; high counts (90T–120T+) for fine detail and halftones. Tell us your ink and artwork for a recommendation.

White exposes faster and suits lower counts. Yellow mesh absorbs scattered UV light, preventing halation — the standard choice for high counts and fine detail.

Yes — see our screen printing frames, available pre-stretched with low-elongation polyester mesh at 15–35 N tension.
