Product Introduction

Professional-grade screen printing frames for maximum performance, durability and precision registration. Premium 6063-T5 aluminum frames — TIG-welded with smooth airtight corners — withstand high Newton tension without deflection, with sandblasted mesh-bonding surfaces for maximum adhesive grip. Fully sealed against water and chemical ingress during wash and reclamation.

Cost-effective kiln-dried wooden frames for manual shops. Standard sizes 20"×24" to 25"×36" plus custom; available pre-stretched with low-elongation polyester mesh (24–420 TPI) at 15–35 N tension.

Frequently Asked Questions

Aluminum for high tension, automatic presses and long service life — rigid, waterproof and reclaimable indefinitely. Wood for budget manual setups and short runs.

We stretch low-elongation polyester mesh onto the frame at a controlled 15–35 N tension, so the frame arrives ready to coat and expose — consistent tension, no stretching equipment needed.

The frame should exceed your largest artwork by at least 3–4 inches per side for proper off-contact and ink flooding. Standard 20"×24" and 23"×31" cover most garment work; custom sizes are manufactured to order.
