Product Introduction
Heat-resistant extraction bags engineered for solventless botanical oil extraction with heat press machines. Woven from 100% food-grade, BPA-free nylon mesh, these bags withstand high-tonnage hydraulic pressure and temperatures up to 150°C (300°F) without bursting — letting pure oils flow through while trapping plant matter, fats and waxes inside.
Anti-burst double stitching (or stitchless ultrasonic welding) and a pre-flipped inside-out design keep oils out of the seams and save prep time. Available in 15–160 μm ratings and standard press sizes, packed 10–100 per resealable bag; custom dimensions and branded packaging welcome.
