Product Introduction
Heavy-duty industrial mesh manufactured by pre-crimping stainless steel wires before weaving. The crimping creates precise indentations at every wire intersection; this mechanical interlocking locks the wires in place, keeping apertures uniform under severe vibration, impact and shifting loads — with exceptional flatness and no sagging.
With wire diameters from 0.5 to 8.0 mm and apertures from 1 to 100 mm in SS304, 316 or 316L, it is the workhorse of heavy-duty vibrating screen decks for rock, ore, coal and aggregate — as well as catalyst supports, drying trays and architectural screening. Supplied as flat panels or rolls with plain, hooked (C/V-hook) or sheathed edges.
