Product Introduction
Stainless steel perforated mesh — solid sheet punched with precise holes by high-speed CNC or laser — combines the rigidity of plate with controlled permeability. A single solid sheet will not fray, unravel or sag, making it both a heavy-duty filtration medium and a structural architectural material.
Hole diameters from 0.2 mm to 100 mm in round (60°/45° staggered, straight), square, slotted and decorative patterns, with open areas from 10% to 70%. In SS304, 316, 316L (and 430), 0.3–15 mm thick, with mill, mirror, brushed or electropolished finishes — for basket strainers and centrifuge liners, facades and acoustic panels, food processing screens and machinery guards.

Choose perforated sheet when you need rigidity and structural strength — support backings, strainer baskets, machine guards, architectural panels. Choose woven mesh for finer filtration ratings and higher open area per weight. They are often used together: perforated plate backing a fine Dutch weave.
